The MWCN Huntingdon Wellness Centre is nestled in a rural town in the Haut-Saint-Laurent. This is our newest Satellite Office made possible through Provincial funding from the Secretariat for relations with the English-speaking Quebecers.
OPEN HOUSE
The Montérégie West Community Network (MWCN) Huntingdon Wellness Centre will be hosting an open house at 72 Dalhousie Street, suite 201 in Huntingdon (the old woolen mill). The Open House will be taking place on Thursday the 22nd of September from 1-6 PM, with a rain date for the 23rd as the tea party itself will be taking place outside.
We will be hosting a classic English tea party with finger foods and hot/cold beverages available for all.
Our tea party will be an opportunity to welcome newcomers to our area as well as long-time community members who are already aware of our organization, to better understand what services and programs we provide.
Come and meet the MWCN staff and board of directors, along with our Executive Director. Pauline Wiedow. They will be on hand to answer questions and discuss what they offer in their regions and the many resources that are available to the English-speaking community.
This event is free and the perfect opportunity to meet the community and some of its prominent leaders. If you are interested in attending, please RSVP with Elliott Arthur, by emailing ss.mwcnhuntingdon@gmail.com or phoning the office at 450 264-3596. We look forward to meeting many of you and discovering more about the needs of the community.
