Desjardins Vaudreuil-Soulanges was eager to respond to the Montérégie West Community Network’s call for collaboration to help offer a range of activities to the English-speaking community of Vaudreuil-Soulanges.
Already in May 2019, Desjardins contributed to the first Vaudreuil-Soulanges YOUTH GALA held at the Paul-Émile-Lépine Community Centre in L’Île-Perrot, attended by 430 members of the English-speaking community of Vaudreuil-Soulanges, including 11 elementary and secondary schools. On this occasion, 56 elementary and secondary school graduates were awarded $8,000 in bursaries.
From September to November 2020, Desjardins is consolidating its commitment to the Montérégie West Community Network by contributing to the production of a program of 13 conferences for the English-speaking community of Vaudreuil-Soulanges. Desjardins is partnering with some 25 local, regional and national organizations as well as 7 cities to offer these activities to the community.
The Montérégie West Community Network is very pleased to be able to count on the commitment of Desjardins Vaudreuil-Soulanges to support its efforts to mobilize the English-speaking community in Vaudreuil-Soulanges.
